Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address. Estimated shipping times are provided during checkout.

3. Pickup Option

Pickup Orders: Orders can be picked up at our location at 1818 New York Ave NE, Suite 107, Washington, DC 20002. Pickup is by appointment only during our regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Customers will be notified via email or phone when their order is ready for pickup.

4. Shipping Delays

We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

5. International Shipping

At this time, A Digital Solutions does not offer international shipping. Orders are only shipped within the United States.

We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or contains defects, we will reprint or replace the item at no cost to you. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue when contacting us.

Order Errors: If we made an error with your order, such as incorrect sizing, printing, or product, we will correct the mistake promptly.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom apparel, promotional products, or prints).

Orders with user-provided errors (e.g., incorrect artwork, spelling mistakes, or file formatting issues).

Items that have been used or altered by the customer.

Approved returns must be shipped back to us in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and will only be provided for orders canceled before entering production or for defective items.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled prior to entering the production stage. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
